TERMS AND CONDITIONS This competition is run by “One Million Members” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “One Million Members”, “http://www.onemillionmembers.com”, “The Promoter”) This competition is open to any person aged 18 or over, except employees of One Million Members, or their immediate family. Only one entry per person.  By entering the Competition, you agree to subscribe to our newsletters, and allow us to contact you with our offers. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. The winner will be picked at random from all registered entries, once we have one million members fully registered on the website and offers/competitions. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email.  The email address and/or phone number you provide with your entry will be used to notify you, so please make sure this is correct. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and we reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity. Entrants must enter a sponsors competition or offer in order to be valid for entry to our competition. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules. A full entry is when someone completes both our website entry, and also that of our sponsors offers/competition. Numbers of sponsors offers/competition entries much match that of our website entries in order for the competition draw to take place. Photos displayed are of an example property, and the prize may differ from this. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money (except where stated as a prize) and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize.We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time, without notice.  Promotor is One Million Members.
